Shipping Policy

We ship across New Zealand and Australia. We use either NZ Couriers or Post Haste (and other partner carriers)

If you would like us to ship outside of NZ and AU, please contact us directly at contact@freezetub.com for a price on international shipping.

All orders are shipped from a warehouse in Auckland.

New Zealand and Australia

2 to 5 business days. At times, some rural addresses may be delayed another day or two and unfortunately, this is out of Freeze Tubs control as it is in the hands of the courier company.

Failed or Missing Delivery

If your package cannot be delivered to the address you have provided us due to an incorrect shipping address, or absent receiver, or if the customer refuses to collect the package then the package will be returned to Freeze Tub at the owner’s expense.

Freeze Tub Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note that Freeze Tub will not refund or provide a free replacement if the item tracking information shows it has been delivered. We advise you to please ensure your Freeze Tub or accessories are sent to a secure address, like a work address or where someone will be home to receive the package. We do require a signature as proof of delivery. The courier companies will mark your item as delivered, so if it is not there, please ask the people who live at the address if they have signed for your package, or please contact the courier company directly.

Shipping Estimates and Tracking of Items

Please note, that it is out of our control when we ship your items therefore we cannot guarantee when your items will arrive since it is now the responsibility of the courier companies. You will be notified via email when your package has been collected from our warehouse, and again when your package is about to arrive at your delivery address.
If your item is delayed, we recommend contacting Freeze Tub at contact@freezetub.com  so we can provide you with the shipping/tracking numbers. We also encourage you to contact the courier company for further information.
