Freeze Tub Warranty

Every Freeze Tub Solo and Pro comes with a 3-month out-of-the-box warranty*. You can extend the warranty for up to 12 months for an additional fee on our Shop page.

Freeze Tub has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you feel that the Freeze Tub is not for you and you would like to return the product, you have 21 days to do so. Freeze Tub will refund you 100% of your original purchase amount less shipping* (Your Freeze Tub needs to be in an unused condition) boxed up and returned with all the contents from the original purchase.

Once we receive the Ice Bath back, we will check the contents and process the refund within 7 days of receiving your product back.

* Freeze Tub Solo may not suitable for ongoing commercial usage (Gyms / Sporting Events) where there is a constant round of individuals climbing in and out of the tubs therefore your Warranty may be void if used in commercial situations. You are better suited to review Freeze Tub Pro. These are a more robust unit manufactured for commercial use.

*Freeze Tub will not refund shipping from your original purchase, or the return to us shipping costs.

How to File a Warranty Claim for Defect of Product.

There is a process we’d like you to follow to claim your warranty. Please first email us at contact@freezetub.com with the following information.

  • First and Last name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for Warranty
  • Photo of Warranty issue/defect (please be as detailed as you can with your photos or video) If you would like, you can take a short video and send it via our Facebook messenger.

We will be in touch as soon as we process your claim and review your information. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and communication.

Please note we are unable to process refunds back onto your credit card. We do require your bank account details to process any warranty claims.
