The Freeze Tub extended 12-month warranty covers any product faults or defects. If your Freeze Tub seams come undone or you have air valve leak issues with the inflatable rimmed edging, you are eligible to make a warranty claim. We still require the process of following our warranty claim procedures listed in the warranty section of our website.

Please note that damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling of the Freeze Tub and its accessories is not covered under warranty. We suggest handling your Freeze Tub carefully when assembling and dismantling your product. This warranty starts from the day of purchase.
