The Halo Lid is design for the Summit Ice bath and not the Solo. It’s unique shape acts as a thermal bridge preventing any warm air temperature from cooling down the ice bath. It serves a secondary purpose by forming a dome on the cover preventing rain water from pooling.

The Halo Thermal Lid is specifically designed for the Ice Bath Summit not the Solo. This duel purpose lid is designed to act as an additional thermal covering the top of your Summit Ice Bath as well as forming a dome, or tent like shape on top of the cover. By having this dome prevents water from pooling on the cover. *It is sold as a separate item and not included as part of the Summit unless otherwise stated.

You can either buy your Freeze Tub with or without lids. This lid is a thermal inflatable lid but also can act as an all-weather cover. Once you inflate the rim, it then can be squeezed down and sit above the water keeping the temperature of the water cooler for longer.
